Important Announcement

Technology can be a wonderful thing … until it isn’t. Lately I’m getting feedback from an increasing number of people that the automated texts sent out 2 days ahead of your appointment are not being sent to everyone. The emails seem to be working – only the texts appear to be effected. This has caused a few people to miss their appointments, which is frustrating for everyone involved. Unfortunately, the company I use was bought out by someone bigger and their customer service department is, to be frank, a nonexistent joke.

What does all this mean for you?
Short term, please look to see that you do not have the following number blocked, as this is where your reminders come from: 667-281-0806. Also, check your emails for appointment reminders OR reach out to me for your scheduled time so you can write it in your calendars – please note that you are still responsible for your appointment, even if you don’t get the reminders!

Long term, because of this and a few other issues, I’ll be looking for a new software system to run Bliss through – something I unfortunately won’t have time to really work on until later in the month, so please bear with me as some new changes will be coming your way!

Appointment Scheduling

My schedule has once again run away from me, and I am now booking six-plus weeks out. To help curb this issue, I am trying to limit my new client appointments to two per week so that regular clients can have a chance to book out. With that being said, I hate to make this next announcement, but I have been planning this for some time now:

During the following dates, I will be away from Bliss to work on some critical back-end business tasks. I will reserve an hour each day to return messages, but will otherwise be closed in order to stay productive and make the most of this time.

I will be working away from Bliss Sunday, March 13th – Monday, March 21st.
Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, March 22nd
